DAY 01

Arrival in Bali, Indonesia. You will be met and assisted by an International Fitness Holiday representative and transferred to our trip accommodation. There will be a welcome evening gathering once all guests have arrived.

DAY 02 / BREAKFAST INCLUDED

Your second day will begin with an early morning fitness session at one of our training locations. After training you will have free time up until around 10.00am local time in which we will travel to Padang Beach in Uluwatu for another beach workout, you will then have some downtime at the beach followed by a tour around a local temple, before heading back to the resort for dinner.

DAY 03 / BREAKFAST AND LUNCH INCLUDED

Your third day will begin with an early morning fitness session at one of our training locations. After training you will have a small window for breakfast before we embark on an action packed day of white water rafting and cycling through the Ubud rice fields and villages.

DAY 04 / BREAKFAST INCLUDED

Your fourth day will begin with an early morning fitness session followed by a morning to yourself to relax, have a shop before an afternoon surfing lesson at Kuta Beach.

DAY 05 / BREAKFAST INCLUDED

Day five is a very early start leaving the resort around 02.00am. We travel to the base of Mt. Batur and begin the trek up the volcano around 0400. Once up the top of the mountain we will wait for the sun to rise before making the decent back down the volcano to the hot springs. At the hot springs it is a chance to relax have a stretch and get a quick feed. We aim to be back at the resort around lunchtime and then the rest of the day is yours to catch up on rest and relaxation after an early start.

DAY 06 / BREAKFAST INCLUDED

Your six day will begin with a fitness session early morning at one of our training locations. After training you will have to get ready to hit the beach again for a day of water sports. The water sports will take up most of your morning and by mid afternoon you will be back at the resort for some relaxation before a final farewell dinner that night to say goodbye to some newly formed friendships.

DAY 07 / BREAKFAST INCLUDED

Your seventh day will begin with a group cardio session along the beach as a perfect way to wind down before your departure and or transfer to continue on your holiday.

The Trip to bali in October was one of the best weeks of my life.
Travelling solo, I arrived nervous but once meeting Leroy, Naatja and all the Bootcamp crew I knew this week was going to be a blast. Each day we started off with a Bootcamp on the beach followed by various day trips and activities. Not only did I do things I never thought I would (like hiking a volcano, quad biking through the forest or parasailing) but I made so many great friends along the way.
Leroy and Naatja made it so easy for us as everything was organised and planned out all we needed to do was turn up. Most importantly after the day’s activities there was always time for cocktails!
This trip was just what I needed- challenging, rewarding and Adventurous!

Just wanted to let you know how great Bootcamp Bali was.
The training on the beach each morning was as intense as ever and to be expected. Didn’t go to Bali for a holiday, haha! However, each day we were there was simply a seamless exercise in an extremely well run and well organised event. Each day we were told to be at reception at a certain time for the days activities and sure enough the mini vans were there on time and ready to go.
All the activities from white water rafting, mountain bike trekking, quad bike rides through the Balinese countryside, paint-ball, climbing volcanoes in the middle of the night and the list goes on were Fantastic, didn’t have to worry about anything at all.
I’ve travelled a bit and this was a fantastic trip from whoa to go. Couldn’t recommend it more highly and am looking forward to more International Fitness Holidays in 2014 and beyond.
Great concept, got to see and do more things than I would ever have expected to on a trip of this kind.

The October Bali trip was the most amazing holiday I have ever been on.
I am on a personal journey myself in life so decided to do the trip on my own – which is something I would never do. Not only did I get to see so many amazing parts of Bali, but I have made some life long friends.
Leroy made everyone feel so comfortable and organised the trip so we were able to make the most of our time in Bali!

I had the pleasure of going to Bootcamp Bali – a trip I’ll always remember.
It was great travelling with a group of people while having a holiday with the perfect balance of action, adventure, relaxation and shopping. (And massages and beer!!) I was also able to set up a payment plan so I didn’t even miss the money. It was excellent value for money and everything was organised for us. I extended my stay and had a few more days to swim, walk the beach, laze about and see a bit more of the country.
Ohhhh how I wish I could go again!! Thanks Leroy and Naatja, for organising it so brilliantly and making me feel welcome. You are terrific hosts
It was a trip of a lifetime!!
